The Red Herring Restaurant
Our 60-seater restaurant is the perfect spot for a relaxed evening meal in a gorgeous setting and our bi-fold doors open wide to let in the cool air on warm summer’s evenings. If you’re lucky, you can enjoy your meal while taking in our live music against the backdrop of the sublime Noordhoek nights.
The Beach Road Bar
The newly revamped Beach Road Bar is an urban oasis of welcoming comfort with a nod to the beautiful Noordhoek beach. Find us upstairs, take a seat and relax with a canapé and cocktail or one of our renowned pizzas while the sun slides gracefully below the horizon..
The Sunset Deck
Bigger and better, the Sunset Deck is almost a Cape Town heritage site! Big floppy sunhats, sparkling sea, purple, red and orange sunsets, colourful cocktails, craft beers, pizzas to die for or canapés to nibble on. This is a summer must-do.
I love visiting here & sitting on the upper deck with a view and eating out in the open. Air is fresh, friendly service & an efficient manager on duty. Everything served to surrounding tables always looks appetizing but we keep coming back for the fabulous pizza!

Relaxing Sunday afternoon
We stopped over at Red Herring or our way back home from Cape Point nature reserve. The views of Long Beach from the deck are incredible … I even spotted a southern right whale whilst quaffing my trad 3 pizza, washed down with Windhoek Draught. The Red Herring is relaxing where one can soak up the sun or watch the sun set sipping a cocktail … surrounded with positive energy … This gets a definite thumbs-up from me.

Our leafy courtyard is a cool oasis of calm. Surrounded by the soft green of milkwood trees, and wrapped in the most beautiful mosaics, this area offers long couches to lounge on while you relax with a craft beer and a pizza.
The perfect venue for celebrations, we can book this section out for you and hire a tent to protect your guests from rain or chill in the cooler months.
